Only need one week? Use the weekly Time Card Calculator

Built for Two-Week Pay Periods

Many employers in the United States pay every two weeks, but most time calculators only handle a single week. This bi-weekly calculator tracks all 14 days of your pay period, shows a subtotal for each week, and adds everything into one total, so the number you submit matches the number on your paycheck.

Enter your start time, end time, and unpaid breaks for each day you worked. Days you didn’t work can simply be left blank. Overnight shifts that cross midnight are handled automatically.

Weekly Overtime, Done Correctly

Under standard weekly overtime rules, overtime is earned per workweek, not averaged across the pay period. This calculator applies your overtime threshold to each week separately, so 45 hours in week one and 35 hours in week two correctly shows 5 hours of overtime, even though the period totals 80 hours. Add your hourly rate to see regular pay, overtime pay at 1.5×, and the total for the period.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a bi-weekly time card calculator?

A bi-weekly time card calculator adds up your work hours across a full two-week pay period. You enter start times, end times, and breaks for each day of both weeks, and it shows weekly subtotals and the pay-period total.

How is overtime calculated on a bi-weekly timesheet?

Overtime is calculated per week, not across the whole pay period. Hours over your weekly threshold (40 by default) in either week count as overtime at 1.5× pay. Working 45 hours one week and 35 the next still earns 5 hours of overtime.

Can I calculate my bi-weekly pay?

Yes. Enter an optional hourly rate and the calculator shows your total pay for the two-week period, including overtime pay at 1.5× your rate.

Can I download my bi-weekly timesheet?

Yes. You can download a professional PDF timesheet showing both weeks, weekly subtotals, total hours, and total pay if a rate is set.

Is my data saved?
